Ustadh Ijaz Ahmad, known as Ijaz the Trini, is one of the world's traditional Islāmic leading specialists on the intertextuality of the Qurān and the Biblical traditions. Revered as one of the leading debaters and speakers,Ustādh Ijaz is highly regarded for hisexpertise in comparative theology, textual criticism, historiography,daʿwah, and apologetics.
Having completed his bachelor's degree in a STEM field, Ustādh Ijaz has conducted workshops and classes for both Muslim and non-Muslim students across various countries, including Trinidad & Tobago, China, South Africa, Qatar, and North America. Throughout his journey, he has collaborated with numerous Islāmic organizations, contributing significantly to the field of daʿwah.
Ustādh Ijaz is particularly renowned for his publications on Qurʾānic and Biblical textual criticism, as well as his impactful Historicity series featured on EFDawah's YouTube channel. Additionally, he has been actively involved in conducting workshops with Canada's prestigious Islāmic educational institute, the i3 Institute.
