About

Dr. Ayad is an accomplished Scholar-Practitioner and esteemed business leader with extensive executive experience both nationally and internationally. He has a proven track record in devising and implementing successful strategies, designing efficient processes, fostering collaboration and buy-in, and effectively engaging frontline employees, senior field managers, and corporate executives. Through his leadership, he has consistently delivered improved top-line and bottom-line results.

Beyond his business expertise, Dr. Ayad is a highly skilled multilingual professional, an author, and a senior member of both the American Society for Quality (ASQ) and the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers (IISE).

Dr. Ayad's scholarly work aims to bridge the gap between academic research and real-world application in management. His research endeavours to transform work environments into laboratories for developing practical management theories. To achieve this, he relies extensively on action research, as well as qualitative and quantitative methods, to benefit both academics and practitioners.

He has authored numerous papers in peer-reviewed journals and four books, one of which serves as a textbook for MBA students.Dr. Ayad graduated from Oklahoma State University, USA, as a Civil Engineer and earned his doctorate in management from Colorado Technical University, USA.
